Greenville Housing Futures is a private not for profit organization that has developed both single family homes for ownership and rental properties in the Greenville area and is now specializing in affordable rental units for seniors. We have developed in numerous special emphasis neighborhoods within the City and County and have been involved in the production of over $16,000,000 in affordable housing.
